"The calls in the summer were just so many in one particular day. One person can't humanly answer all of those calls. This was a way to address all of those calls. This was a way to address everybody who was trying to get through whether it be with an answer or an opportunity to leave a message. It also showed me what I was losing which was big for me so now I can really put a number on what was happening. We increased our staff and changed some of our business hours in the season. It's just really been a win-win."
